Sustainable social media funnel strategy for increased e-commerce sales and new target groups.
Challenge
The young start-up company wanted to increase the sales of its e-commerce shop and secure its first-mover position on the market in the long term.
Solution
We designed a sustainable funnel strategy, which we implemented through a granular, dynamic campaign setup on social media. This methodical approach, which effectively trained the platform algorithms, enabled us to identify high-performance factors and reduce wastage. In addition to developing personas and utilising 1st party data for interest targeting, lookalike audiences were also created for product page visitors and conversions. Retargeting was optimised for visits and conversion dropouts.
Results
Adaptation of the personas and continuous development of the campaigns based on the data obtained for creative & targeting. As a result, successful sale of standing desk tops to previously unknown target groups via Facebook and Instagram Ads.
